BSc (Hons) AMIOA

Sam is a Consultant with Noise Consultants and joined the company in 2022

Sam holds a BSc (Hons) in Music Technology from Leeds Beckett University and is currently studying for an MSc in Environmental and Architectural Acoustics.

Sams experience in acoustics specialises in acoustic design in the built environment with a keen interest in building and room acoustics. These include acoustic design reviews for residential schemes, speech intelligibility and speech privacy assessments for offices, and break-in and break-out assessments for residential and commercial developments. He has also recently been involved in environmental impact assessments that include BS4142 and BS8233 assessments for small to medium sized schemes across the UK

Condition Discharge - Land off Newmarket Road, Cambridge

Noise Consultants undertook works required to assist in the discharging of a noise condition as part of a reserved matters application associated with an outline planning permission for 1,300 homes in Cambridge.
