Robert Murray

Robert is an Assistant Consultant and joined the Group in 2026.

Robert is an Assistant Consultant and holds a BEng (Hons) degree in Acoustical Engineering from the University of Southampton. His degree covered a strong scientific foundation in Acoustics and engineering applications, leading to an interest in a career solving noise problems.

He is excited to deliver valuable guidance with Noise Consultants and prior to joining, brings professional experience in BS4142 noise assessments and HVAC noise control, supporting small to medium sized projects in the UK.

Absolutely delighted to secure unanimous planning approval for our Curzon Street student accommodation scheme in Birmingham. Huge thanks to Noise Consultants and Air Quality Consultants for overcoming noise and air quality concerns. A ground-breaking scheme in a number of ways.

Environmental Noise Modelling

Logika Group were invited to lead the development of a noise modelling system (NMS) for England and Wales by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) in 2021. Alongside our partners, we developed a cloud-hosted geospatial noise modelling and exposure analysis system.

 
 

Chemical transport modelling

At Logika Group we work with our clients to design and deliver proportionate atmospheric modelling solutions. These solutions may cover regulatory assessment of ambient atmospheric concentrations, calculation of deposition rates, pollutant fluxes and estimates of historical load.

 
 

Slough Data Centre

A noise assessment in accordance with BS4142 for a proposed data centre development in Slough comprising three 13.5MW buildings.

 
 

Condition Discharge - Land off Newmarket Road, Cambridge

Noise Consultants undertook works required to assist in the discharging of a noise condition as part of a reserved matters application associated with an outline planning permission for 1,300 homes in Cambridge.
