Jon is an Associate Director and joined the company in 2023, having worked in acoustic consultancy since 2004. He has a wide range of experience in both environmental and architectural acoustics having worked on a variety of projects for private developers, contractors, local authorities and government departments.

He has a wide range of experience in both environmental and architectural acoustics having worked on a variety of projects for private developers, contractors, local authorities and government departments.
Jon has worked on a large variety of different projects, including the acoustic design of schools, hospitals, University buildings, courts, prisons, airport facilities, offices, retail and residential developments. These include the acoustic design for both the Terminal 2 extension and a new air traffic control tower at Manchester Airport, the acoustic design of Westminster Magistrates’ Court, and the design of the new Royal College of Physicians northern headquarters in Liverpool (The Spine).
Jon’s environmental acoustics experience also includes many large infrastructure projects including onshore and offshore wind farms, energy transmission systems, rail, road and large industrial projects. Jon provided consultancy advice on noise to HS2 Ltd for several years, particularly in relation to the construction and operation of Phase 1 of HS2, the DCO application for Triton Knoll Offshore Wind Farm Onshore Electrical system, including giving evidence on noise at the planning hearing and environmental permitting for several power stations.
