Calum Sharp

PhD MSc MEng MIOA

Dr. Calum Sharp is a Technical Director at Noise Consultants and has over 10 years’ experience in environmental noise and vibration, with a particular specialism in aviation noise.

Calum joined Noise Consultants in 2025, bringing over a decade of experience with leading roles across significant infrastructure projects, airport expansion, airspace change, and noise and health research.

His experience includes the expert witness role for Luton Airport’s expansion DCO, and the noise assessment manager for Heathrow Expansion and leading the delivery of environmental assessments for airspace change projects across the UK. Calum also has experience in the rail sector working on projects such as HS2 and Crossrail.
