Vinu Vivekanandan

Vinu is an Assistant Consultant at Noise Consultants and joined the company in 2023

Vinu has a bachelor’s degree in Electronics from Bharathiyar University and a diploma in Audio Engineering from KMMC. She further honed her skills with a MSc in Audio and Music Technology from University of York. She did room acoustics assessments based on RIRs and implemented methods that allows for auralization of the same. The ISO 3382 which laid the foundation for that assessment was her favourite standard. She has done modelling relating to the field of virtual acoustics and is enthusiastic about expanding her knowledge of acoustics in other fields. Currently, she is involved in the noise mapping of Scottish railways.
